PulseOS is a market data service for the second-life technology market. Through an online dashboard, the Service provides market prices, price history, market trends and demand information for refurbished and used devices ("Market Data").
The Service provides Market Data only. It does not manage your stock, create or edit listings, process orders, connect to your marketplaces or other business systems, or set or change your prices.
When using the Service, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behaviour.
During your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Market Data for your own internal business purposes. You must not:
Market Data is provided for information purposes only. It reflects market conditions at the time it is shown and may change at any time. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or error-free.
Market Data does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for any pricing, buying, selling, or other decisions you make based on it.
We process the personal data associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g. UK GDPR).
We will not share your account information with third parties without your explicit consent, except:
All software, designs, code, logos, content, and Market Data provided through the Service remain the exclusive property of PulseOS or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Access to the Service requires an active subscription plan. Payment terms are as agreed upon in your commercial agreement or subscription tier.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime and provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime. We are not liable for disruptions caused by changes to third-party sources or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
A 3 month notice period is required to cancel your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access if:
Upon termination, your access to the Service and the Market Data will cease, and we may delete your account data after 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
